Ingredients
1 Cabbage Head, 2-3 lbs, shredded fine
2 Carrot - diced fine (more if desired)
1 Onion, medium, diced fine
1 Bell Pepper, diced fine
1 tbsp Cellery Seed
Dressing
1 cup Sugar or Cooking Splenda
3/4 cup White Vinager
1 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Oil
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Keeps 1 to 3 weeks
Preparation
Mix Cabbage, carrots, onion, bell pepper and celery seed in large bowl.
Mix sugar (or Splenda), white vinager, salt and oil in small pot. Bring to boil and stir till sugar (or Splenda) is dissolved.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, allow to set for 1 hour undisturbed.
