Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minced parsley

  • 3/4 cup Minced onion

  • 1/3 cup Minced celery

  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 can Tomato sauce

  • 2 Live crabs

  • 1 1/2 lbs Clams

  • 1 lb Mussels

  • 1/2 lb Raw prawns

  • 1/2 lb Scallops

  • 1 lb Mixed fish (cod, sea bass, halibut)


  • 1/3 cupOlive oil

Preparation

Saute vegatbles in 1/4 cup olive oil till lightly browned. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper and simmer 10 minutes.


Clean clams and prawns. Cook crab by dropping in boiling water for about 20 minutes (should turn red). Then crack and use pieces for chioppino.


Add crab for 10 to 15 minutes. Add remaing ingredients for 20 to 30 minutes.
