Good appetizer we have served many times. Makes 45 to 50 puffs.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Biscuik

  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped

  • 1/2 lb Crab meat, shredded

  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten

  • 1/3 cup Water

  • 1 tsp Worchestershire

  • 1/4 tsp Tobasco


  • Mustard Dip

  • Mustard Dip

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Preparation

Combine bisquik, cheese and onion. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Roll mixture into small puff balls (less than 1").


Cook in about 1 1/2" hot oil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, till golden brown and drain.


MUSTARD DIP

Mix ingredients to use as dip.
