Ingredients
12 tbls Oilive Oil
6 tsp Chili Powder
4 tsp Cumin
4 tsp Gar;ic Powder
1 tsp Chipotle or Ancho Chili Pepper - to taste
1 tsp Hungarian Paprika - to taste
2 - 3 Bell Peppers cut into cut into bite sized strips
1 Medium Onion cut into bite sized pieces
Jalapenos diced to taste(optional)
8 - 12 ozs Sirloin(or top round) Steak cut into bite sized strips
1/2 tsp Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix first six ingredients in small bowl. Pour 1/2 mixture into another bowl with meat. Add salt if desired. Marinate for at least 8 hours(overnite is best).
To cook, place mainated meat in a large skillet and cook on high to your likenes, do not overcook as the meat will get chewey. Place in bowl.
Add a little olive oil and saute the onions over medium heat till just turning translucent. Then add the bell peppers and Jalapenos if used, add remaining marinade. Cook covered till peppers are just geting tender.
Return cooked meat to skillet and mix well and cook an additional few minutes over low heat til the meat is hot.
Serve with flour tortillas.
