Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef, lean

  • 1 Yellow Onion, large

  • 4 cloves Garlic

  • 2 Bay Leaves

  • 1 cup Beef Broth, low sodium

  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes, petite diced, 14.5 oz

  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce, 15 oz

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 3 tsp Seasoned Salt

  • 2 tsp Pepper

  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Hungarian Papirika

  • 3-4 cups Elbow Macaroni or Shells, uncooked

Preparation

Place a large pot(8qt) on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add oil and allow it to become hot. Add the ground meat and cook for 1O minutes or until brown. Discard any excess grease.


Add the garlic, onion, and bay leaves. Saute for about 4 minutes or until aromatic and translucent.


Add the diced tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire , tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Turn the heat down to low and cover the pot with a lid. Stir and cook for 15 minutes.


Add the uncooked noodles and stir until well mixed. Cook coverd until noodles are cooked (10-40 minutes depending on noodles used).
