Ingredients

  • 2 lb Lean Ground Beef

  • 3/4 cup Oat Meal

  • 3/4 cup Chopped Onion

  • 8 oz Tomato Sauce

  • 8 oz Pato Sauce (yesllow can)

  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten

  • 1 tbl Worcestershire Sacuce

  • 2 cloves Glaric (or equivelent)

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.


Combine tomato sauce and pato sauce, set 4 ozs aside for topping the loaf. Combine all ingrediants with the 12 ozs of tomato and pato sauce. In a large bowl, mix lightly but thoroughly.


Place in loaf pan. Cook in pre-heated oven for 1 hr. If made ahead of time and cold from refidgeerator, then cook for 1 hr - 15 min.


Pato sauce can be omitterd and replaced with an additional 8 ozs of tomato sauce.
